Maya Loka features a combination of 9 one-bedroom villas, 3 two-bedroom villas and the exclusive Maya Suite that is a spacious retreat designed especially for honeymooners. The entire property embraces a long stretch of tropical landscape where individual villa compounds are accessed via a wide pathway made from river stones that is edged in ornamental ponds and native flora. Architecturally, Maya Loka has been inspired by the Balinese open living concept with an integrated lounge and dining facility semi-exposed to the elements under a traditionally thatched roof. Décor is a sophisticated blend of custom made furnishings that favour simple lines with a contemporary edge.

Restful Sleeping Quarters
Each bedroom suite has been designed as a private sanctuary with canopied bed and full air-conditioning for comfort. Elegant timber blinds eliminate daylights rays of sunlight to create a refreshingly cool environment where the mood is set for romance. Semi-open ensuite bathroom facilities feature a separate shower recess and indulgent bathtub for long leisurely soaks.

The management at Maya Loka Villas realizes that couples and honeymooners may not wish to be disturbed; therefore a discreet housekeeping service is performed at a preferred time. An in-villa breakfast is served daily and other villa privileges include afternoon tea of Balinese refreshments. All airport transfers are complimentary and a shuttle service runs daily within the Seminyak and Kuta areas. Romantic BBQ dinners featuring delightful decorative set-ups are also available upon request.

Terms of payment
- 50% guarantee deposit of the total room nights would be conducted (20 days for the low season period and 30 days before the guest check in, for peak season periods), if there are any cancellations after the cut off date the guarantee deposit would belong to Maya Loka Villas automatically.
- The balance due is upon arrival by US Dollars cash / Credit card: Visa or Master card.

Cancellation Policy
If there are any cancellations, We have to receive them in writing

Cancellation policy during low season period
- There would not be additional charge for cancellations within 21 days before the guest check in
- 50% of the total room reservation would be charged for cancellation made within 20 and 14 days prior arrival
- 100 % of the total room reservation would be charged for cancellation made within 13 - 0 days prior arrival
- No show would be charged 100% of the total room reservation value

Cancellation policy during peak season period
- There would not be additional charge for cancellations within 31 days before the guest check in
- 50% of the total room reservation would be charged for cancellation made within 31 – 20 days prior arrival
- 100 % of the total room reservation would be charged for cancellation made within 19 - 0 days prior arrival
- No show would be charged 100% of the total room reservation value
