Villa Kembali is a fully secured complex guarded around the clock. Villas are equipped with satellite television, DVD, VCD, stereo system, IDD telephone, Internet connections and personal safety boxes. Breakfast is prepared and served daily, and a chef service is also available to fulfill individual in-villa dining needs. Other conveniences include a professional in-villa massage service, baby-sitting, currency exchange, day tours and excursions.

Terms of Payment
Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation Policy
- Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
- Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
- No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
