The above room and meal rate are NETT; non-commissionable and inclusive of 10% service charge and current Government Tax at 11%. However should there be a change in the taxes levied , the new tax will be applied accordingly.

Single room rate will be charged for 2 childrens occupying one villa.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME POLICY
Check-in time is 14.00 hours, Check out time is 12.00 hours, Request for extended check out time will be based on room availability. Late check-out until maximum 18.00 hours will be subject to day use charge of 50% from the contract room rate. Check out time beyond 18.00 hours will be charged at the full contract rate, unless specified otherwise in writing by Athena Garden Villa

VILLA VOUCHER
Top Bali Villa original villa service voucher must be presented by guest upon check-in at the front desk in exchange for confirmed reservation and payment guarantee, copy of which is duty received by Athena Garden Villa prior to each guest arrival.

TERM OF PAYMENT
To hold the confirmation booking, 50% no refundable deposit should be receive not later than 7 days after confirm the room of each guest and the balance of 50% consider upon arrival
Early departure and or check-out will be charged in full for the room nights booked.
